Entries must be postmarked by midnight September 1, 2004 with an entry form and a $10.00 entry fee.

Rules: Submit your favorite photo of your pet (5"x7") or larger) in color along with a $ 10.00 entry fee for each entry. Do not write on the back of photo. read this form and submit with each photo. Winners will be featured in the 2008 Kent Animal Shelter's 'My Best Friend" Calendar. One grand prize winner will receive a portrait sitting for your pet. Proceeds benefit the homeless animals at the Kent Animal Shelter.

If one or more of my entries is selected, I agree to Kent Animal Shelter’s use of the selected entries for promotion and publication.  I have read the contest rules and affirm that this entry is in compliance with them.  I understand that Kent Animal Shelter assumes no responsibility for the photographs submitted and the photographs will not be returned. Staff and board member pet's are not eligible.
